Home made power bars


INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
1 cup quaker oats
1 cup corn cereal
and any kind of nuts


DIRECTIONS
Line one pan with foil and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
Boil sugar, syrup, and peanut butter in saucepan for a minute. Not more or the bars will be impossible to eat. Add nuts and stir. Immediately spread into the prepared pan. Let cool and cut into bars.
